When will my subscription box arrive?
Your AromaTherapy Shed box will arrive before the 1st of every month so you can enjoy that month’s aromatherapy blend, that month. Our very first boxes will go out late December, to arrive before, or on, the 1st January 2020.
We are very sorry, but at the moment we can’t post outside the UK.
Why is there a subcription cut of date?
You need to subscribe before the 26th of the month to receive next month’s box. If you sign up after the 26th you will receive your first box the following month.
Because of our bespoke, small-batch approach and the exclusivity of seasonal essentials oils, a limited number of new subscriptions are available every month. This means we can guarantee our oils are blended at their freshest, maximising their therapeutic benefits.
What will I get in my AromaTherapy Shed subscription box?
Every month we will send you a 200ml duo of AromaTherapy Shed Hand & Body Wash and Lotion, based on a fresh, seasonal aromatherapy blend.
Your first AromaTherapy Shed Hand & Body Wash and Lotion will arrive in our beautiful, refillable Miron glass bottles. We’ll then send you refills every month. Your new aromatherapy blends will arrive in special aluminium flasks that you can either recycle or reuse. You simply wash your bottles and decant your next blend into them using the special funnel you will receive in your first box.
Every month we’ll send you information about that month’s blend and we’ll also pop in a seasonal gift. We’re nice like that.
How does the refill system work?
Your first delivery of AromaTherapy Shed Hand & Body Wash and Lotion will arrive in our beautiful, refillable Miron glass bottles. We’ll then send you a fresh, new Hand & Body Wash and Lotion to refill your bottles with every month. Your new blends will arrive in special aluminium flasks that you can either recycle or reuse. You simply wash your bottles and decant your next blend into them using the special funnel you will receive in your first box.
Are AromaTherapy Shed products safe for pregnant women?
Yes. Emma only selects aromatherapy oils that are completely safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Our essential oils are used topically (rather than ingested) and are diluted with other natural ingredients, so they are completely safe for the whole family.
Are AromaTherapy Shed products vegan?
Yes. All AromaTherapy Shed products are completely vegan. They are also 100% natural, cruelty-free, sustainable, ethical and made in the UK. Basically, all the good stuff.
Are there more products in the AromaTherapy Shed range?
Yes, there are! Have launched a shop packed with AromaTherapy Shed Hand & Body Wash and Lotion and gorgeous Massage and Body oils, sat alongside our extensive Aromatherapy blend range to naturally induce positive moods be that relaxation or invigoration. We have plans to add more bespoke, sustainable aromatherapy products to our range every month. As Emma is currently developing several new lines, including Bath Oils and Salts, Room Sprays and Massage Oils.
How much does an AromaTherapy Shed subscription cost?
Our monthly AromaTherapy Shed subscription box costs £20 a month, for a minimum of 3 months.
We also offer a 6 and 12 month plan, which offer you further savings.
When your subscription term comes to the end, you will be sent an email before it auto-renews. You will then pay the same monthly amount as before (dependant on the length of your plan), but you will be able to cancel at anytime.
Our gift subscriptions are priced slightly differently, as you pay for upfront. Again, we offer 3,6 and 12 month plans.
How does your referral scheme work?

You’ll be sent a unique referral code when you sign up, which you can share with friends and family. It offers them £5 off their first box, and as a thank you, we’ll give you £5 off your next box too.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We want you to look forward to every AromaTherapy Shed delivery. If for any reason you are not happy, please get in touch so we can make it right.
In order to offer you the best price, our subscriptions each have a minimum term attached to them. You will not be able to cancel your subscription if you are still in that term. Once that term has passed you are free to cancel at any time.
You will receive an email before your subscription auto-renews.

One of my refillable bottles is broken, what I do?
Our unique, refillable Miron glass bottles make a stunning and sustainable addition to your bathroom. But we know that accidents happen. Should either of your bottles break, you’ll find replacements within the shop.
I’ve not finished last month’s Hand & Body Wash or Lotion, what should I do?
We think our 200ml bottles of AromaTherapy Shed Hand & Body Wash and Lotion are the perfect size for the month, but if for some reason you haven’t finished last month’s blends when your new ones arrive, don’t worry.
You can pause your subscription after 3 months, then pick up again when you’re ready.
